But if you can manage to login using the password on the claim form, then do so , regardless of what you did previously, just because you didn't use it, its the online method to check progress

Otherwise you would have to phone the CNBC in Northampton to get the answers, to see if anything has happened yet, or to see if and when it was transferred to your local civil court, if you have already submitted your N180 so the old fashioned method , you definitely told us that the CNBC received your completed N180 overleaf

We cannot give you those answers, save to say that the court system is backlogged , especially local courts, , so I suggest that you follow my previous suggestion

If its already gone to your local civil court, you would have to phone them for answers , but civil courts are definitely backlogged so could be months before they contact you by post

Hi All, Today i received a letter from the court asking me to provide a copy of my defence.  Can i confirm that this is the main number 1 document i originally sent in. I used it from the site.  I have not be asked to provide anything else.  It looks like they are continuing to pursue me.
    Thanks all.

Email it to which ever court has asked for it
It's more and more common now for things to go astray

Hi, Its been a while since you heard from me but UK parking control did and have continued to chase this fine.  I have just found my thread to add on to. I have a court appearance in July and i have this document which i am not too sure about even after reading it several times.  Would you be so kind and guide me through the next stage please.  Do i need to prepare myself a verbal defence and story as since this happened the store in question has had its cameras removed and new signage and parking spaces painted .  The store nextdoor was getting tickets for its staff emptying their vans into their own skip.  The area is still a tipping ground. if you would be so kind to help me with the next stage i would be very grateful.  Thank you

Just a quick question please CP, what if i do not have loads of evidence or other witness statements.  The carpet shop in the same area has since closed down, the parking company were targeting the carpet fitters for emptying their vans into their own skips and i was told this by the manager at the time..  The cameras have been removed in my particular case as the store was loosing business and new lines have been painted  to identify the parking spaces more effectively.  Also when i get this information together and send it to court do i also have to let the parking company know what i am going to say too? Thank you in advance.  I'm just beginning to panic.

Please could you pm me a contact email for that affected business?

When the public consultation starts soon, I want to do a mass contact of wronged landowners, retailers, etc. to encourage them to answer & tell the MHCLG how a PPC has ruined their business and taken away repeat custom.

Re the WS: you do have a whole list of exhibits to use in the resource thread I mentioned. I also explain there how to do this stage.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
