Thank you both for your replies. I can only assume by your super responses that you help out many many people who find themselves in this situation. To be very honest none of it is clear i am following every line you all suggest because i do not understand all this jargon. I will read everything you suggest of course. I am struggling. Thanks0

Is a legally qualified person in UKPC's litigation team actually typing this stuff with a straight face:
"PCNs are not consumer transactions and are not covered by the CRA 2015?!"
Never read such tosh! That's appalling.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

HI KeithP, Coupon-mad and all out there. I have received a N180 document this morning.(small claims Track) I have only sent the front page of each as i believe you would know what the rest of a N180 looks like. Again if you would be so kind and assist in the completion of this document and what else i have to do. Please consider i have no legal back ground or a mental dictionary of big words but i can read but i don't necessarily understand. Thank you for all your help so far.0

Yep, this is why the NEWBIES thread covers it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Have a look again or get someone else (fresh pair of eyes) to read the answers out to you.
You are only looking at the Directions Questionnaire bit. It answers question by question. We are not going to repeat that here.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
