Thanks, fair enough… yet I'm not convinced, as from memory EDF smart reader measurements (times) and tariff price difference being about a 1/3 higher, than non timed ("smart") tariff put my mind at rest, never mind, the installation costs, that'll eventually need be covered by the end consumer
ANW, thanks for explanation!

I switched to Fuse from Eon.next two years ago. The switch completed without problem and billing has been prompt every month.
Unfortunately I cannot comment on Customer Service as I have never had occasion to use it!

I think your memory must be deceiving you.

You're already paying those costs via your standing charges but without enjoying the benefits.

I've given up trying to convince those who have 'reasons' not to open the door to cost savings by installing a smart meter.
I'll happily help those who want to learn more to do so, but those who resist are welcome to stay paying more than they have to for their energy, I just pity those that follow them on the path of deliberately wasting money which is the antithesis of what this site is about …

I am with Home Energy .And it is the cheapest rate at present keep checking on Cheap Energy Club.Hoping in July that they will still track below the pirice cap enough to leave it still cheaper than going for a fix rate with Fuse now. Bit of a gamble.
