I don't read you as me me me Toni's friend. I'm greatful you are sharing your experience with us.
I think being 'sporty or not' is one of those horrible categories that embed themselves in our consciousness from quite an early age, and as most of us grew up with fairy restricted options for team games in PE at school we never found the thing that works for us. That's how it was for me anyway, and even though I go to the gym quite a bit now, I still feel an inner 'not sporty, not good at exercise' voice all the time. I try to ignore it and think anything I do is better than nothing. You are probably on quite a cocktail of medication though, which is bound to have some effects so please be gentle with yourself! . Do keep talking to the medicatots about your goals and how you are feeling in yourself. My mum 'put up' with a lot of side effects because she was so glad of the impact on the bigger issues she was facing, it was only after a lot of encouragement we talked through the downsides with the doctors and managed to do some swaps / adjust dose etc. Sorry if any of that comes across as patronising, I don't mean it that way! x10 -

Today I got nothing done that I wanted to do, and plenty done that I really did not want to. So soup is made for /Tues/Wed lunch (red lentil, coconut and red chilli) , black bean chilli made for tomorrow's supper, berry crumble baked for tomorrow's pudding/after school fridge raid. More soup mix hydrating in a jar, even more brown lentils hydrating in a bigger jar, kitchen cleaned, cooker cleaned, minimal shopping trip achieved, volunteering done.Tomorrow begins the wallpapering and caulking. So many stupid little jobs to finish things off. I have a massive list, but I keep having to stop to clean up other people's mess, or feed people (today I am full of whinge).Massive hugs to all dealing with illness or ill people, I really don't think this weather is helping anything or anyone's mood at the minute. Hoping I snap out of it soon.4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

Today has been a super quiet day. I glutenised myself yesterday, so spent several hours in the night in the bathroom ridding myself of the contents of my digestive system. Ugh.But today has been a good recovery day. I am grateful for having the time and space to rest, for my bed, for pip going to school despite having his sleep disturbed by me, for DH being out at work so I could just potter around at my leisure.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!11

The day started off well. Had a good night's sleep & felt quite refreshed. Did yoga before breakfast, then packed a lunch after. Gave secretary a present for her new grandchild & an auxiliary her repaired coat.
A very tricky day with a tired pupil, but I managed to stay patient. Took part in yoga with the class, so 2 lots done today! Went for a walk after work, before heading back to countryside & no pavements/street lights.
Did a big & a little sewing job after tea, tidied up my nails, then went to town to collect DS3 from the cinema.
Grateful for managing some exercise, a good night's sleep, photos of my new niece born yesterdayUse it up, wear it out
