thanks 160, will go flexi (hey hey only joking ) ill be ok just fed up with myself im trying to save some syns for a bottle of wine at weekend to go with my tikka dish from slim mag
water the wine down with diet lemonade, half and half it and you halve the syns (and less of a hangover, lol) thats what i do when i'm running short of syns!!! (more often than i care to admit too!!!!!)0 -
averages 5 syns in a 142ml glass of wine, make sure you measure it, as its usually about 3 quarters of a normal size wine glass.

You are right so far, not sure what the syns will be on the chicken and mushroom thingy as there will be some in the sauce presumably but you haven't used any yet so you should be fine. Just be sure that normal days you are eating enough as you have no snacks listed and brekkie was "just" fruit, while that might be filling enough for you which is fine some people can't get the free food thing in their head and still think SW is a diet, you shouldn't feel you are dieting as such. Of course you might just have wanted to save all your syns and HEs for tonight, you have used your B choices with your bread (assuming it was from a 800g loaf) and chicken but you still have 1 or 2 A choices left. I was told you had to have minimum 1 A and two Bs and yes if you have just a bit of them they need to be counted. You can't carry over HEs like you can with syns. Also make sure you aren't living on beans all the time if you are sticking to green days, superspeed foods they may be but a bit of variety is better, again it could be you are still getting your head and your fridge round the plan, I know I had to go shopping the day after I joined to stock up on free yoghurts and more fruit and veg and still ended up going mid week again. Good luck and holler if you need help.0

Well I was dreading dinner as I had chicken breasts and didn't know what to do with them LOL, we were going to do a bhuna but I ran out of coriander and it is like hen's teeth round here for some reason, so that was out plus I am on red and wanted to keep my syns for a glass of wine. Ended up just bunging them in a lidded casserole in the oven. I roasted some butternut squash and carrots in frylight too and they were delish and even DH liked them and he keeps turning his nose up at squash but has liked it twice this week, had a baked tattie as a HEB and some green beans on the side for good measure. So I got to have my glass of vino. Really enjoyed dinner in the end. Tomorrow will be a flexi day though as it is DSs 3rd birthday and I am doing a big dinner at night and there will be cake, oh yes. And another glass of vino no doubt, so I don't expect my WI will go too well on Monday LOL. A maintain will be just fine.0
