our new mags had only been delivered to our consultant yesterday, so we were lucky to get it last night, maybe they weren't with some peoples consultants

i also done the lemon curd with the total 0% stuff and it was delish x xx x

:mad: just looked at my total greek yogurt and thanks to not checking it was the right one ive just used up my syns for the day :eek: ( yogurt 7syns, lemon curd 1/2 syn and nest 3 , im really fed up now i use the syns i have for work . You see i work nights in the tesco bakery , so i need to take my treats in to stop me picking , help

flexi syn, if you have another 10 today, its a fact of life, get back to normal tomorrow, or try and reduce your syns by a couple each day to make up the difference, i count mine as having 70 a week, some days i have 2 or 3, other days 15 or even 20. my consultant always says thats fine. don't beat yourself up about it though, its just one of those things, not a major disaster, i promise.

thanks 160, will go flexi (hey hey only joking ) ill be ok just fed up with myself im trying to save some syns for a bottle of wine at weekend to go with my tikka dish from slim mag
