I think I was pretty samey when I first started too but I found that if I make the effort to try out some of the magazine recipes it helps to not only enjoy those recipes but give you confidence in adapting others too. I am so excited (I am sad I know) about the new mag being at group on Monday and getting some fresh inspiration. I am slowly building up a nice little recipe book of firm favourites and I still have loads to try that I have copied off their website.
Just for the record (not that I am counting) but I did have another piece of cake after all, a drink was just too wet without one, LOL. Ah well at least their won't be much left to tempt me after today. If there is any left I am going to bin it when DH isn't looking (worries about waste).
Right off to plan my menus so I know what I should be buying at Costco tomorrow.0 -
I had my group and weigh-in yesterday. After really messing up on Tuesday, I was hoping to maintain, but I lost 1lb!! Yey!
So that's 13lb lost in 3 weeks
Got the new magazine, good supply of hifi bars and the sauces recipe book too.
Am loving BBQ sauce with things atm - 1/2 syn per tablespoon!0 -

If you are on a red day then the sliced beef is fine. You still have your HEB's if you not used 2 options up0 -

Just wondered where you could get the lemon jelly crystals. I have looked in Tesco and Asda and has not been able to find lemon ones!!
I know I could do it another flavour but i really like lemon.....
I've looked everywhere for them, so today I bought the lemon & Lime one (Morrisons). Got cheesecake in fridge ready for tomorrow, looks lovely:j0 -

Had a look at another forum, they reckon 1 syn.
As the chicken chow mein is 7, if you minus the chicken as a healthy b extra (6 syns) = 10 -
