i dont even want to drink the wine.. id rather have my syns on better things

Dont tell them you are on a diet it always makes them try harder to make you eat or drink tell them you have an upset stomach so you are sticking to light foods and not drinking in case you are ill as you dont want to spoil the night out. It always works for me :j

so im going to mash them and fry in fry light , also having mushrooms, beans and 2 linda Mc Cartney sausages...

Amie399 - I wasn't sure if you are aware that Linda McCartney sausages are synned at 1 each on either day. Alot of her stuff has to be counted as syns.

Tenmah.

no, you used to be able to, but now it has tobe counted as syns if you have it on a red day.

Glad to have this confirmed, I thought the first time I joined SW 6ish years ago that this was the case too but then was told when I went back a couple of years later that this had never been the case (mind you this was the rubbish consultant I had who maintained Ryvita minis weren't HEBs either so I didn't believe much she told me) but I was so convinced I wouldn't have just made it up. So it used to be, I wasn't delusional then. Pity it isn't still the same as a HEB of rice would be handy. Thanks also to the OP who asked this.

just been to cupboard to have a look, the ones I have are just low fat super noodles in a pot, however when you wrk out the fat, its less than 2%, so I think they might have been repackaged,

decided to check online and LOOK:eek: :
Batchelors Super Low Fat Noodles, Chicken & Herb, made up as directed, dried 100g cooked

red.gif Original 5½ Syns green.gif Green Free
That is good news, you must be right that they have been rebranded, cool. I used to love the sweet and sour ones but hated the rest.
• Just as a comparison here is the "proper" supernoodles syns

Batchelors Super Noodles, Chicken, dried 100g pack

red.gif Original 22½ Syns green.gif Green 6½ Syns

I find the quorn sausages are nice in casseroles - especially in the slow cooker as they absorb the liquid. They are very dry otherwise!
