This equation only works for some foods so beware.
Alpen light bars are 3 syns on each plan.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Pretty sure the alpen lights are 3 syns in the FO book. HAd to syn one yesterday as I ran out of HEBs.
The lemon curd thingy isn't my idea and I can't remember whose it was but it is my all new favourite way of using syns. Add a tsp of lemon curd (0.5 syns) to some 0% Greek and mix. Sort of like lemon meringue with cream. GORGEOUS and I just can't stop eating it. At least I shouldn't get osteoporosis LOL. I am going to try freezing it one day too and maybe crumble in a meringue shell.0 -

Hi, not been here for a couple of weeks but lost 1/2lb last week and 1 1/2 lbs this week so Im walking round a bag of sugar lighter! I need to think of it this sort of way to keep my motivation up. Be nice to lose another bag of sugar next week, but won't hold my breath!
Feeling inspired I made a potato and cauliflower curry last night, that is for tomorrow nights dinner; and pork thingies, which are to die for!
Minced pork, 1 grated apple, a chopped onion and some sage mixed with an egg, shaped into patties and wrapped in bacon. Bake in the oven until done, (sorry Im useless at weighing and timings!) lovely hot or cold, and free I believe!! Think I may have to have a constant supply of them in my fridge - they are sooooooooo yummy!!#44 £168.41/£20230 -
Hello
Well I lost 1.5lbs tonight! I would have liked to lose 2 as that would have taken me to just under tthe next stone but am still happy with 1.5.
I have to tell you that one lady confessed to eating 6 cream eggs, 4 bagels with butter and a big homemade bread covered in icing and she still lost 2.5lbs! Doesn't seem fair does it? I have eaten some chocolate in my time but never 6 cream eggs in one go!! Bless her she wwas so surprised to have lost!

Just off to have a read of all the info and have a look at the website.
I'm going to do first week as green but wished i'd thought it out as we've just got shopping in and i should have tried to get more veg and fruit in etc.. will have to pop somewhere tomorrow
Can't wait to get started.0 -
evening everyone, I have had a good week. Have been to my second weigh in and have lost 3.5 lbs! I know it might not seem a really big loss, but its the most I have ever lost in one week, so am thrilled - then I went out for my hubbies birthday and have just had a curry - a creamy sweet one at that. Thoroughly enjoyed it but couldn't eat more than half of it - hubby finished off mine too (slim as a pencil - lucky thing!)
But back on track tomorrow, until my birthday next week!
Have a good day all
