    Hi

I'm just about to go to my first meeting. Have done SW before a few years ago but weight has crept up graduually and I've finally had to admit that the last time I was this heavy I was 9 months pregnant:eek:  so its time to take action so if its OK I'd like to join this group.

    Speak to you later

Cuddles (but hopefully not for too long)

dont forget you can have two rivta goodness bars as a h/b for a change , also sometimes eating the same foods slows you down as your body get used to it , fresh herbs are great add to salad or your cooking , makes a plain dish fab . try on red day hot bacon & chicken on a bed of herb salad free
  • :hello: Hi cuddlymarm, good luck at your first meeting.
