    you always weigh less in the morning, i'm about 3 pound different,

    are you doing a red or green day? if red you need to weigh your jacket potato, or red then your sardines as they aren't free foods on the same day

    I did wonder, mind you I did have a portion of Prawn Balls for my lunch. A sort of fond farewell, so I really shouldn't complain.

    when i did slimming world once before i went to a morning class one week as I couldn't make evening class, was well impressed with losing 4 ponds, next week i put two on and the consultant said that was why, i was gutted!!!!!!!!

    yep sardines are fine as a b, re read it now and seen the rice and figured it out, sorry I was a bit slow :(

    Thanks for your help, don't really understand it yet, but glad I have got my first days menu right.

    Can't wait till the weekend so I can plan my menus out.

    Hi Folks brilliant wieght losses. I did not post last week as I had a gain so was feeling really cross with myself. :o Anyway I managed to lose most of the gain this week so I am back on track. I was hoping to lose about 5 stone because I was on the IPTW show last night doing the council tax bit. I haven't seen it yet but my daughter [bless her] said I looked lovely. It is surprising what a difference a professional make up does.

    Has anyone bought the new SW magazine yet there are some nice recipes which I am going to try.
