Weign in yesterday and i only lost 1lb! And i probably wouldn't have lost that if i hadn't been to the loo just before stepping on the scales!

I'm pretty discouraged. What's the point of giving up my homemade cakes to get such a silly weightloss??
I had a horrible week but I stayed 100% on plan and even exercised.

I will keep a track of everyones losses/gains this week and post them on Tuesday morning.

So anyone who has been to class since Tuesday morning let me know how you got on and when you were weighed (also if it is your first weigh in) then I will post the list next Tuesday and find our next MSE SOTW

Lillys Mum can you not keep track of my weight cause it's not what I've lost in a week and I won't be weighing in regularly so it wouldn't be fair to be included, Thanks :)

purplestar1uk At least you are straight back on track, that's the best thing you can do.

carol1956 Welcome, well done on your weight loss and being SOTW :T

AMIE399 You can have Cheese as both your HEA's if you like

npsmama 1 lb is a good loss, I don't know why you are dissapointed with it, you know if you had those homemade cakes it would probably be a 1 lb gain, any loss is a good loss, even a maintain means you're not going in the wrong direction and will probably happen to most people at some point, think positive thoughts, the road may be long but as long as we stick to plan we will get to the destination we want in the end.

13 lbs still left to lose

  • Last day of school today for half term.

How is everyone going to manage over the holidays?

Do you find it easier or harder when the kids are off school?

I am off to have a lovely fruit salad for breakfast.

Hope you all have a good day.

hello, found this thru the grabbit thread, can't wait to have a good read at it.
been doing it for few weeks now (since just after new year) lost 11 ponds so far, but had a funny week this week just couldn't get into it, and its weigh in tonight, so hoping it might give me a kick up the backside!!!!

Only if you have no milk at all - eg in tea or coffee?
