Hi all,
Had my third weigh in last night, and having lost 10lbs over the previous two weeks, I was really disappointed to only lose half a pound this week. I'm not sure why, I haven't done anything different, in fact I ate less as I wasn't feeling well for a couple of days and had no appetite.
Anyway, I'm determined not to let this get me down, a loss is still a loss, and whatever the scales say, I know I am eating a far healthier diet than I was, which has to be a good thing.
Well done everyone on your losses this week :T0 -
oooh is the new mag out? Must remember to pick one up at WI, I dashed in and out on Monday and only had a £5 note with me anyway so no chance of any extras. I love getting the new mag. I am in need of some new recipes too as DH is starting to notice we are having the same things over and over. Having a fat day today, I just feel like I have put on a couple of pounds overnight although that might be cos I ditched my tracky bottoms for jeans today and I am being more "held in". Gone red and struggling for lunch as I had bacon and egg for brekkie and 1 Alpen light for a snack, Just had some nice ham and melon but still munchy, want to keep a HEB for night so I can have a baked tattie though. Maybe Iwill syn a couple of scan bran and have some sardines. I am really missing carbs today for some reason, should have gone green. And I have run out of Total 0% so no lemon curd yumminess for me today. It is turning in to an obsession that one. Sod it I am going to have my French Fries early.0

half a pound is half a pound, and if you look at half a pound of lard, you'll realise it all helps.
I find that if i don't eat as much, i don't lose as much, no idea why, seems to go against all dieting principles, but maybe thats the problem???
anyways, congratulations on your half a pound, could have been worse, could have been half a pound on.0 -

Good luck on your weigh in!
I always have chilli on a green day as you can make it with Quorn and have unlimited rice - I can't tell the difference between Quorn and mince!0 -
