Welcome newbies!! and Good luck
Had a great day. Was organised and took baked potato and beans to work, and 0% yoghurt with fruit. Only had time for a banana for breakfast but surprisingly wasn't too hungry at lunchtime, Oh and had Alpen bar at coffee break
Tonight I made noodles with mushroom, baby sweetcorn, petit pois, onion, some chili flakes, soya sauce and it was delicious
What have I got left? HE b and 1 Alpen bar
HE a
syns 13 (used 2 on tsp of olive oil)
Think will have a cheese sandwich for supper, I am like you Gingham, I need something substantial to eat in the evenings, I get a bit hungry or the munchie attacks
How's everyone else's day been? Are you all coping? I just can't believe that I am not that hungry. Tonight after work I had to take the kids to hairdressers (fed them quick after school), then take DD to meet friends at cinema, In the past, I would have grabbed a quick sandwich or biscuits or something being hungry and not getting my tea until later, Today I didn't even mind!!! Loving it so far, long may it continue :j:0 -
