Maintain or lose the week before, yes (and stay to class if you mean in class)
No free week for Slimmer of The Week but you do usually get a bowl of fruit/free food which every member brings a piece for every week?

thats ok then cos i wasn't sure as i'd stayed the same. yes i got lots of oranges in the basket.
  • Morning Fellow Slimmers, I was wondering if anybody could help. Batchelors super noodles in a pot 98% fat free are free on a green day, however I cannot find a pot that says 98% fat free, they say low fat instead, does this mean the 'low fat' ones are free on green and the website is wrong?

hello, i just wanted to ask 2 quick questions. on slimming world can you win slimmer of the week if you stayed the same last week?
and also if your slimmer of the week do you get a free week next week?
    thanks

Yes you can, and no you don't :)
  • amyofpink, I think it is only the ones that say 98% FF that are free, the others are quite hefty in syns I THINK. Someone else might be able to confirm this as I haven't bought them in a long time. I know when I did buy them last year it was hard to find the 98% FF ones in my local supermarket and when they did get them it was two flavours amongst the others that were all fullfat versions. NEarly picked up the wrong ones a few times.

just been to cupboard to have a look, the ones I have are just low fat super noodles in a pot, however when you wrk out the fat, its less than 2%, so I think they might have been repackaged,

I'm sure when I've done sw before, that wholemeal rice was a Healthy B on a red day, but it doesn't seem to be any more :(

What? When did that happen, its not in the book at all!

Anyway, time for a proper introduction from me.

I have been doing SW (this time around  ) since Nov 07 when I joined as a pregnant member at 5 weeks. I am now 16 weeks and have put on 4lbs!:rotfl:

I am just going for a controlled weight gain, while eating healthy food. I also have to get my midwifes consent everytime I see her, so I can carry on going to class.
  • Ok thanks, i've got a feeling they have been repackaged, i hope so because i've had a couple this week!
  • I bought the Rebecca Wheatley New Me DVD Workout from Play.com (10.99 plus quidco). It has the Slimming World diet at the end, and that is how she lost 12st - its quite good as you can do as much as you like as it is in different stages. Worth a go if you are stuck on your weight losses and she gives great incentive!!
