Hi everyone.
Just a suggestion about yogurt.. I buy blueberries when they are cheap and freeze them. I then put a small handful in a bowl in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes so they defrost and also give out a lovely sweet sauce to put over the plain yogurt. It`s delicious and I thought it was free but then read the post about cooked fruit being syns so could someone please advise. I did lose 3and a 1/2 (can`t do half sorry) pounds last week which made 7 pounds in 3 weeks so it can`t be that bad but would like to know. Good luck everyone.0 -
