reading my SW books in bed (as you do) I discovered the Mix2max day. So you can have a green breakfast and red lunch and green/red tea.
Has anyone tried it? Is it confusing or really good?
It's a good idea to try and incorporate different meal plans into your week rather than sticking to the same old thing all the time.
With Mix2Max you choose your breakfast eg; an original one with bacon, quorn sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes. At lunch you may decide to have a jacket potato with baked beans (a green day meal) and then for tea/dinner you could have a steak with salad (original plan).
Any snacks or extras you take during the day have to be superfree (those items which are free on both plans).
You still have your healthy extras (3 or 4) and you still have your syns BUT, if the syn values differ you have to count the highest value.
In a nutshell, everything you eat apart from the main course has to be counted as syns unless it's superfree or a helthy extra.
Hope that helps.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
