Hi gang,
Had my second weigh in last night, lost 5lb the first week, and lost another 5 this week :j
I can't believe it! I have been eating loads, doing mainly red days, and really filling up on free foods. I really haven't felt deprived at all, apart from the first few days when I felt a bit strange, but I think that was sugar cravings, and that has totally gone now.
I've got a long way to go, but I feel so much better already, and for the first time in my life I truly believe I am going to lose this weight.
SW is great! :T0 -
Hello everyone
Well had my first weigh in tonight and have lost 3 pounds. I am really pleased because I didn't think I had lost anything! I never lose loads in my first week - oops just confessed that I have started SW a few times - so I am quite happy with that.
It seems such a long way to go though and could kick myself for allowing myself to put it all back on after doing so well before.
BTW I have been having two weetabix's for breakfast thinking they were a HEB, but they don't appear in the book. Does anyone know if they are allowed or should I be synning them?
Thanks

Hi, I bailed out of SW last week and went back to WW - I thought it would be easier in actual fact I found myself starving and picking all day. So guess what I am back to SW !! Today I haven't felt hungry at all - I forgot on WW you have to count everything fruit etc and weigh everything - nightmare!!
I called round to see my consultant and she was great - let me rummage through her cupboards to see what she eats - mini meringues - 2 for 1.5 syns just enough for a treat during the day.
So I am going to give it another try......0 -
Well done everyone on your losses :T

Thanks MMM - that is really good to know.
Thanks mumoftwo - I am chuffed!
We had a tasting night tonight with some great ideas that I might well try. I really must get myself organised and have a meal plan, do some batch cooking for when I can't be bothered to cook and make more use of my slow cooker.
I feeel quite focussed and didn' even have a treat tonight after weigh in- mind you I was pretty full from all the tasting, so might allow myself a treat tomorrow.
I don't want to fall into bad ways and have too many treats on a weigh in night and undo all the good work!
Night everyone - have a good day tomorrow.
