No it probably isn't complicated, I am just reading little bits here and there and not making much sense of it.

As I said will have to wait until next Wednesday to go to my first meeting and enrol, hopefully it will all become clear then ??

Jacket potato and cottage cheese sounds good, is this free? I am guessing not the potato?

I'm struggling for ideas for tomorrow!!

Can I have ready brek as a healthy extra - this would save me using milk and I could have cheese on a jacket pot....? also do cereals need pointing? thanks in advance

Hi Jam tart, I just checked for readybrek on the Healthy Extras list.

You can have 28g of Ready Brek Original and one Allinson Organic Wholemeal Crispbread together as one of your healthy options (then you could use your other healthy option for bread or something else depending on what colour of day it is).

I assume you won´t happen to have (or fancy) an 'Allinson Organic Wholemeal Crispbread' whatever they are lol but there isn´t an allowance for ready brek on its own so it must be something to do with the nutrition that you have to supplement the ready brek with the crispbread lol.

Most of the cereals and mueslis have an allowance of 28g and come with some kind of crisp bread thing.

The ones that you can have more of (42g) are:
    Kellogs All Bran or
    Kellogs All Bran Apricot
    Nestle Fibre
Weight Watchers perfect balance toasted multi grain flakes with apple

I hope that helps! Night night

Well after reading all these posts from tonight, I am more confused than ever.

Suppose will have to wait till next week when I sign on to do this.

I do hope this is going to be worth it, it seems really complicated?
