but this is from the branded food directory - the books from 2007 ....this can't be true i might cry little jamtart tears if it is !!! thanks for your help Lilys mum

that is ok, 4 syns it is! I have 15 syns to play with anyway. Can I eat 0% fat greek yoghurt at any time of day as a free snack, not like WW only free at mealtimes? Waiting for my Asda shopping to be delivered and have ordered the yoghurt, can't wait to have some with a banana..:j

Postman has been, no SW books yet, :sad: So, tell me to shut up with my endless questions: but see at WW you have a calculator on which you can work out how many points is in any type of food, providing you know the calories and saturated fat, Is there such a thing at SW I can buy? to work out syns? Or will I get some sort of book with my starter pack which will tell you how to work it out?

Are you sure we are looking at the same book?

I got the information from the 2007 Food Directory which has on the bottom 39,000 syn values and cost £6.95

I cannot believe they would print different info in different books

i will look at the book tonight so i can check that it is the most up to date version. It definitely said it was free on a green day. It is the branded food book I think. Even if it isn't the same book, if they are both supposed to be the most up to date, then thats a bit naughty. I will check tonight before I have further heart attacks over a macaroni cheese, which let me tell you was not worth 9.5 syns (as in it wasn't that nice, not that I dnt believe you!)!! LOL!!!

The most accurate info you'll get is from syns online - books get outdated..
