Is there any way of getting the online password without going to a meeting? WW did an online thing where you paid £6.95 a month and had access to the online things, is there such a thing for same price at SW?

  • Was the bread wholemeal?

If it was from a 800g loaf then 1 slice is a B choice but if it was from a 400g loaf then you can have 2 slices
  • For breakfast this morning I have had a lovely fruit salad with strawberry, banana, apple & a handful of grapes smothered with a mullerlight

I am going to have some toast and marmite in a bit with a nice cup of coffee.

I am having a red day today as I have a lovely organic chicken in the fridge which I am going to roast later.

Hope you all have a good day

No, Lillys mum, it was white, that will be syns then..how many

changed my mind about lunch. making brown rice salad instead: brown rice, onion, peppers, sweetcorn, grated carrot, cannellini beans, tomatoes A bit of a starch overload, isn't it, as long as it fills me up.

Macaroni cheese, that sounds nice. How do you make it?
We had organic roast chicken last night, it was delicious, not a very big chicken, so no left overs..
