    Morning all

Weigh in this morning, and it's not looking good, if I'm lucky I have maintained. It's my own fault, I am really good during the day and then blow it at night when I'm sitting watching the telly.

Tasting day today, so I am taking a leek and bacon bake. I have used 1lb potatoes, 57g of cooked bacon, 2 leeks and 28g of cheese sprinkled on top - I think it should be free on a green day. If not, can someone please tell me quickly.

Will report the extent of my shame later

good luck fingers crossed, let us know how we get on,

We have cooked the Beef Madras curry - free on a red day plus the onion bhajis 1 syn each on green/red and the tomato relish (free on both days) it not called that - its got some fancy name but is associated with the onion bhajis). All of this is very very yummy and very very tasty and you would not think you were eating slimming world food. I highly recommend this book.

    I know!!
Cannot recommend this book enough. I made the spinach dahl last night which was really nice- would recommend cooking the lentils a little longer than it says in the book though. I think it is well worth £9.99.

Just want to say that I'm so busy this week that I've no time to contribute much yet, but congratulations on all with weight loss, you are an inspiration and those who might have overindulged are making me feel better about my struggles. The tips about food are brilliant. I've got so many ideas in just a couple of days.

My first weigh is not while Sunday, but too busy to eat this week. Having to force myself LOL! (not really ;))
