Im thinking of having a shop delivered from Asda next week and just wondered for all those people who shop in Asda regularly if you can recommend any slimming world friendly foods particularly any asda own brand products?
Many thanks.

I was on my way out the door yesterday for my WI when my OH stopped me and said getting paid for being weighed was a waste of our money. Have to agree, however I do need the motivation. I weighed myself on our home scales and I have lost 2lb since last Monday and I'm really pleased. I have found it the easiest weeks diet I have ever tried, not been hungry once and I've been able to drink red wine without depriving myself of anything else. I will try to persevere without going to the class with the help of this forum.0

PP - I'm doing it at home too, and only started on Sunday, so we will have to keep each other going. I have loads to lose though:eek: so am taking it a stone at a time
I keep wondering how all the weigh-ins are going tonight... hope they all lose :T:smileyheagpuss0 -
Ive been going to class until last week , and i didnt like the consultant ,she never bothered to reply to calls and never interested in how i was getting on , so after putting on 1/2 pound and paying to be embarrased by the lady who weighed me , im not going back to that class , im going to weigh myself at boots .
dont get me wrong if the consultant was nice i would off stayed , my last consultant was great , but i moved.
so on monday i went to boots and got my weight ,hight , bmi , done and ive lost 4lb , last monday i weighed at class 9,12 , this monday i weighed 9, 8lb.
gpuss me too , where are they ?0 -
Wow, that's fantastic peachyest - well done!
I think we'll need something like this forum to keep us motivated and on track. I feel great so far on this eating plan. There isn't that panicky feeling you get on WW, when you've had all your points and you're still hungry. There's always something you can have...
Hope they've not gone to the kebab shop to celebrate LOL:rotfl::smileyheagpuss0 -
well i'm back form wi...lost half a pound

I used to go to bed earlie as i was hungry ,so in the end i put on what i lost and more , but with this diet ( i love it) i can be naughty and pull back the next week and as long as you dont take the micky it works , im nearly back to target 2lb to 4lb to go . so do keep at it and give your idears on what you're made and what has worked for you , just join in the people on this thread are :A :A :A :A.
