Thanks - I have been good and I'll be gutted if it really hasn't worked this week  I just seem to hit a bit of a fence! Got to get my ladder out!
I had beans and poached egg for brekkie, have had my babybels, a banana and a Lasting Satis yoghurt, and will have a mugshot a bit later then its weigh in!

There was a lady at our class last week who insisted she'd been on plan all week, and she never lost anything. This week she'd lost 3.5lb. I think sometimes it takes a couple of weeks for a loss to register. IF you don't lose, don't be disheartened. x

You might get a pleasant surprise.

i had bananas and yogurt for brekkie, baked potato and beans for lunch, got pasta and hm sauce for tea, followed by rice pud,
so far no hea or heb, i really find it hard to incorporate them as i don't eat meat, so its either cereal which i can't face in a morning or cereal bars which i'm sick of. thats my one bug bear!!!

Thanks purplestar, but i don't like nuts or dried fruit, tinned fruit may well be an option though. gonna dig my book out tonight and have a read.
