Well, I maintained (phew) The first week I lost 4 lbs, second week maintained, third week lost 3 lbs and have maintained again this week. My consultant thinks there is a pattern emerging, I told her yes, I am good for a week, I cheat a week
I have lost half a stone in a month, but just think what I could have lost if I hadn't cheated for half of it - oh well, it has taught me a valuable lesson, if I want to cheat, I can, but I won't lose weight
The leek and bacon bake went down a treat, thanks for the advice, my consultant counted it as 1 healthy A and one B.You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -

morning
i had bananas and yogurt for brekkie, baked potato and beans for lunch, got pasta and hm sauce for tea, followed by rice pud,
so far no hea or heb, i really find it hard to incorporate them as i don't eat meat, so its either cereal which i can't face in a morning or cereal bars which i'm sick of. thats my one bug bear!!!

Hi 160
I was finding this a problem too as I find it hard to face cold cereal (or any cereal) first thing in the morning.
Maybe you could try using your two HEb on soup and a wholemeal roll for lunch instead of baked potato and beans, or I started getting the ryvita wolegrain crackers and having them smothered in laughing cow cheese for lunch, as another alternative.
Might be worth a try.....
