    i havent tried the alpine light bars yet, il pick some up this morning as you can have 2 as a B. Also loving the lasting satisfaction yogurts tho sometimes i feel im going to turn into a yogurt!!
    Has anoyone tried the Sammys couscous, they do a pack which you make in a mug which I find fab for work. Just thought Id share.

    how many syn? and where did you get them (sammy) i have mug shots there 4 for 1.50 at asda & tesco and most are free

    re the alpen lights, i love the apple & sultana, as i find them more filling somehow, no idea why.

    LOL thanks peachy. I have to get out of my habit of eating too much bread, as it uses all my HBs up. The fact that I'm a total teabucket uses all my HAs in milk too:rotfl:

    Also - can I get away with a jacket potato with cheese and bacon for my lunch if I am getting weighed tonight?????????

    remember you can have 2 h/a , 1 on milk or both , i use mainly 1 on cheese and 1 on milk, but if im in work i use both on skimed milk, as i work though the night and need them.
    Flat-eric there free ( i wish) what time do you get weighed?:rolleyes:
