I'm sorry peachyest if you thought I was having a go. :(

I was only trying to make a joke.
It is a great idea and I have several of these little packets.....it's so easy not to measure something and then dollop out the Syns.

I would hate to think that anyone was upset by anything I've written on any of the boards.
    Please keep on helping us.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Haven't had a chance to get on here but went for weigh in on Monday evening with hubby. It was only our third week and he put on 1 lb the second week so was really disheartened. He was saying "if I haven't lost I'm not coming again". Anyway he lost 5 lbs!!! I was so pleased for him and I lost 2 1/2. He has lost half a stone in 3 weeks and I have lost 6 1/2 lb.

I think I am beginning to get my head round it although I often do not have my HE's and hubby rarely does as he is so busy at work for such long hours he really does not find time to eat!

I must say that we have been eating masses which is good as we are both big eaters. I was always hungry when I tried to do WW. I have never eaten so many quorn sausages before! I am a bit worried about how many eggs we are eating. I keep cooking poached eggs and a lot of the recipes I have use eggs.

We are going away for the weekend and will have to try really hard not to slip up. Curry is our biggest downfall.

Well done catkins and good luck shanleypink for tonight!

I want to make a nice chicken curry at the weekend, but what do I serve with it? My HBs will be long gone by evening LOL! Any ideas anyone?

I made beef kofta the other night which is basically meatball curry... I got a huge plate and on one side a small bed of mixed leaf lettuce with lemon wedges and placed keema kebabs on top, they are in the SW curry book and dead easy to make and can be frozen. I made mint riatha, just a bit of quark, natural yoghurt, deseeded and grated cucumber, mint and corriander. Put this in a little ramekin on my massive plate, and served the curry in a deep bowl with a soup spoon on the other side of plate! The whole meal looked wicked and kept having to look at all the stuff and mentally tell myself it was ALL FREE!!!!!!!!! I tell you what, never noticed there was no rice- me and OH were too busy dunking kebabs in our dip, and slurping away on the curry! Try that!! xx

Thanks shanleypink, that sounds amazing, and to Angela too, I thought rice on a meat day would be much higher in sins than that. Must have a good read of my SW book. I've been too busy this week. xx

well been a good girl ive got all my slimming world mags out and put all the green recipes in one folder , all my red day recipes in another , and all my 7 day menus in one too , then i can throw out the rest of whats left of the mags and it makes it easyer to plan what meal i fancy for the day , with out going through all the mags and givin up :j :j :j. what a good idea.

I have only been doing this 3 weeks but already I have got myself into a terrible muddle, got weigh in tonight and I just know it is not going to be good news.

Still definitely can't get my head around original days yet, tried at the weekend but nope

Well done both of you, on the weight lost to date.

Do please try and have your HEs though, it really is important as they are to keep you in good health - it's no good being slim if you're not fit enough to enjoy it!

Doctors recommend no more than 10 eggs a week provided you don't have cholesterol problems - if you do then it should be less than that.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!
