    I've been Money Tipped!
Well done both of you, on the weight lost to date.

Do please try and have your HEs though, it really is important as they are to keep you in good health - it's no good being slim if you're not fit enough to enjoy it!

Doctors recommend no more than 10 eggs a week provided you don't have cholesterol problems - if you do then it should be less than that.

I know you are right about the HE's and I am going to try and have more. I do try and have the milk every day even though I am not keen on milk.

    hello everyone :hello:

I've not been around for a while now (oh how it shows in my moods!). After my amazing start I have sincerely fallen off the wagon

I am now drawing a line (for about the 10th time  ) and having a fresh start. :T

Now, I need some inspiration for dinner. I'm having a green day and have all the usual stuff in (but no eggs and not a lot of veg left!).

    Any ideas?

I should add that I have one HEA and one HEB left.

Well done catkins and good luck shanleypink for tonight!

I want to make a nice chicken curry at the weekend, but what do I serve with it? My HBs will be long gone by evening LOL! Any ideas anyone?

Our cosultant suggested mashing cauliflower so that it looks like rice, and having that with curry. Someone in our group tried it and said it was great, just don't mash it too much :D

Thanks very much for that Charliesmum. I'll definitely give that a try:T.

Just had mashed swede with sausages (where I would normally have a pile of mashed potatoes), and it was delicious. Will certainly be getting my 5 portions of fruit and veg a day on this :A

Does anyone know any low sin gravy granules? I know Bovril is free, but I'd want something thickened. I can't live without my gravy.

many thanks for all your help xxx

Had a maintain this week which was okay but left me feeling a bit glum, but onwards and upwards fellow slimming worlders!

Had a lovely tea tonight, just fancied a big plate of stodge rather than my usual girlie pasta type thing. We had...
a pile of sw chips, 2 veggie burgers (0.5 syns each), baked beans with 2 fried eggs on top. It was seriously yum and really hit the spot.
    Brekkie was yoghurt and fruit
Lunch was jacket spud with a pile of salad and some EL laughing cow
Was hungry when I got home so had 2 pieces of toast with HEB cheddar, Quorn ham slices and some cherry tomatoes, syn total for the day=1.

I'll top myself if I don't lose this week!
Keep the faith ladies and gents, we'll win in the end you know :-)

100ml is quite a lot, one of those little polystyrene tubs from the chippy hold 110ml.....[STRIKE]quickly binning the chip papers from tea[/STRIKE].....I seem to recall

I must confess, have just had the beef that's been in the slow cooker all day, absolutely delish :T , but due to being called out to work, I called at the chippy on the way home for some chips, peas and gravy, although I only had a few....lots of scrummy beef for me. :o

  • Hello all,

May I join you please? I have read through a few pages and could do with some support!

I am on day 3 of my slimming world plan, I can't go to class due to them only being on in my area the nights I work, so I have decided to follow the plan and get weighed at the gym.

I have LOADSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS to lose so will be doing this for a while, and would be nice to meet some people along the way??

    Thanks everyone,
