I work from home, so drink tea all day, or occasionally coffee. Kettle's always on and it keeps me going. Might try to cut down and have a bit of cheese though. I have to be careful as cheese is one of my 'can't resist' foods:smileyheagpuss0

dont forget you can have 5 laughing cows light or 6 extra lights , i use them as spread on my bread or i put in my soup to make it creamy , on top of pasta , i use them on top of melba toast 0.5 each toast put ham on topgreat as snack , i also mix my cheese in quark and leave overnight and the quark becomes a tub of cheese this makes my money strech.
Loner yes you can ,i do last weekend i saved half for mothers day , but i still make sure i use some in the week for when i need a treat0 -
I get the sammys couscous from asda, have never seen it in tesco. Its 45p and is free on green. I have the tomato and roast veg one which is yummy & they do a chicken & mushroom one too. Both FREE on green! Nice for a change from the mug shots etc.

Iv done that with my mags too, makes it much easier to find something you fancy. Although I only do green days so only have 1 folder.
Il share what im having for dinner tonight cos it is yum yum!
They call it mushroom pie but obviously there is no pastry.
Lots of mushrooms, i use button, chestnut & oyster. Fry, in frylight with a chopped onion & some garlic. Put into a pie dish. Mix eggs, salt, pepper & i use mixed italian dried herbs, pour over mushrooms. Grate lots of potato, squeeze out the water & put on top of the mushrooms & eggs mix. spray with fry light, pop in the oven until crispy & enjoy!!

Flat Eric! Walk away from the pick & mix!!!!!
Peachy that's a great idea with the quark. I bought a tub as I saw it in lots of recipes. How many triangles to you mix in a pot for it to work?
Can't afford to dump the contents of my freezer, so we are mixing in some stuff that has sins in it to use it up for the first few weeks. Just had a strawberry Muller light - lovely. What are the Shape and Activia ones like girls?
Morrisons low fat Lincolnshire sausages tonight with swede mash, cauliflower and onion gravy. Just baked a ham, cottage cheese, mushroom and onion quiche to snack on, Awful this diet lark isn't it?:D:smileyheagpuss0 -
Going to keep that weight loss up - thatnks for all your support and well dones! I'm going to try a few more reds this week which makes me nervous, but I've got the weekend to myself to cook off loads of meat and stuff to pick on, so should be ok!
Green today though, so egg and baked beans for brekkie (getting bored of this now), banana, babybel, other fruit and yoghurt to snack on, Alpen Light & French Fries if I get really hungry though I'll try to avoid.
Cauliflower cheese for dinner tonight - never made this before might chop some bacon and mushrooms into it to liven it up a bit.
