Cereal bars have appeared in the very latest FO book (Jan 2008) for the first time. As an existing member of a group, you can buy this book for £5 if you want it.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

I'm sure you'll love SW and if you've got a healthy appetite it'll suit you down to the ground - loads of unlimited food plus healthy extras, plus syns.........sometimes there aren't enough hours in the dayI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

The nicest bread I have found is Tesco Stoneground wholemeal bread but it is an 800g loaf so only 1 slice unless you syn. I'll have a look next time I am there to see if they do a 400g size. If I am in a hurry, and on a red day, I have one slice of this toasted, spread with a little Lurpak light butter plus one slice of ham this is a little more filling than just toast and can be eaten on the run.
My target is one stone at a time as I have a lot to lose. 6lbs to go to first stone.0 -

Well, according to my new book you can have 2 of the rivita goodness bars or one of the luxury bars as a HEB.
Have sent him to Tescos to find me one, have given up chocolate for lent so he better not turn up with a chocolate one or he'll be in trouble.
Why oh why can't red wine be a HEB, it's full of lovely good stuff!:staradmin0 -
