moring all. had a !!!!! weekend. but i'm back on track from this morning feeling bad about how naughty i have been. just hoping being good til thursday may be damage limitation. (don't look up how many syns are in a mcdonalds chicken meal with large fries and chocloate milkshake, its frightening.)
how do people go about setting a target? last time i set a target, got to it and stayed there for quite some time, but since i put weight on everyone said i looked scrawny before, so now i don't know where to set a target.0 -
THANKS CATT:A , it dosnt matter what weight you are its how you see yourself , i did once do the cambriage diet and lost to much weight it made me ill , i was starting to throw up the soup mixes in the end , then i put on the weight i lost and more , so i try then weight watchers and was going to bed earlie because id had my points and was hungry , so in 03 i went to s/w class and in 8 months id lost 2 st 4lb and keep it off , i swear by this diet i know it works and i do it for my health to im now coming up to 44 and theres a history of illness in my family.
so 160 its want you want to look like that counts and how you feel , but when you do get to your target allow yourself a bit of lee way mate and that way you want keep beating yourself up over anything you put on , your just pull back the next week , ( flat-eric )really made me think this week and go over everything i do0 -
Thanks peachy, nice to hear someone else is doing it for themselves and for good reasons. i have history of family illness too, and i want to be healthy and around for long time to come. it does always work sw, just not always as quick as you would like, but you get there in the end, and your never stuck without anything to eat!!!!!!!!!0
