Could someone please post the tel no. so that I can obtain the branded foods and Tesco shopping books please. I have looked on the food optimising site but can't find them. I am doing this alone - posted near the beginning of this thread - and have lost 8lb in the last 4 weeks so I'm pleased with that especially as I went away for 5 days and maintained (did do a lot of walking though). Can I also ask a couple more questions please?

Could someone also look up syns for Irish diet yoghurts and also shape lasting satisfaction ones.

Are you all exercising as well as eating per plans and if so how much per day?

Well done Peachyest! What's your target, if you don't mind me asking? 9st 8lb sounds about right for 5'5" to me but it may be wishful thinking on my part!

I can recommend the SW curry book. Made Beef Kofta and Seekh kebabs last night with mint and cucumber raitha and it was absolutely gorgeous, my Husband was really impressed. There was no way you could class it as diet food and I was full to the brim afterwards- plus it was ALL free! They were really good fun to make aswell. Stink of garlic today though and I am now about to unleash it on all my work colleagues..... oops...
