Which fruit did you want to stew that isn't mentioned?
Freezing doesn't affect the syn value of foods because when you thaw them you're only going to ear them as normal (if you see what I mean). Cooking fruit (as in stewed apple etc) is synned because it's too easy to eat too much without any of the benefits.

i tend to save my syns for the weekend as i like to have an indian takeway on a friday!! don't really have much of a need for them in the week as my meals tend to be syn free. i must be doing ok as i lost 1st 8lb so far!!The only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about - Oscar Wilde:beer:

fluffynit - how old is that post though? They're not listed on any SW literature of HEB's - they could have been changed.0

fluffynit - the Luxury bars are not on the current list of HEB's on the website so things may have changed? How old is that post?
(Sorry - when I looked my above post had vanished so I reposted!)
I found the post - it still has Mornflake - 28g Mornflake Sultana and Apple Crunchy Cereal too which is no longer a HEB. They've changed things since that list was created, Luxury bars are no longer a HEB either, sorry.0 -
I found the thread fluffynot - but the SW website has a statement to say the Mornflake - 28g Mornflake Sultana and Apple Crunchy Cereal has been removed - as there is no sign of the luxury bars on the webiste I'm gathering that they have been removed too,
