Well if I don't lose weight this week I will scream! Been really good but at the moment OH and I are fighting for the bathroom - we've both got severe stomach pains/cramps! :(

shanleypink, you're closer to the truth than you think!

I haven't - but my OH's been bunged up and we went to two supermerkets this afternoon to find some Prune juice after my reading that it worked on here! He had two glasses and combined with his IBS and our spicy Quorn curry from the magazine has really set him off :rotfl:

I've just got a stomach bug or something disagreed with me - its his turn up there now! :rotfl: You've gotta laugh - when it doesn't hurt anyway!

For those of you that like pesto, Sainsburys do their own be good to yourself low fat version for only 1 syn per tablespoon. unlike regular pesto it does not have loads of oil in the jar, and it tastes almost as good.

you can make it go even further by mixing it with quark into hot cooked pasta.

i make a special trip to sainsburys to stock up as i don't think any other supermarket have an equivalent.

What is pesto and what does it taste like? its one of the few things I think I've never tried and I hear it mentioned a lot in pasta - one of my favourite foods!

    Hello everybody!

I'm new to this forum, so hope I posted this right LOL! Everyone seems so friendly.

I'm really fed up with Weightwatchers (and being overweight) and want to have a go at SW at home. I've bought the new food directory, so know the free foods and syns, but I don't know the amounts/weights of the healthy extras you are allowed.

I would be very grateful if anyone could help me with this...
