Am I missing something here? Can you "save" your syns and use them at the end of the week? I was under the impression that you had to use your daily allowance of say 10-15 syns on a daily basis?

No questions at all, Mel, they just took my order. They said 10-14 days but it was here in a couple of days.

Wish I could let the ebayers know they're being seriously ripped off ...

As far as I know you can save them up for the weekend (but I may be wrong, as I don't attend a class)

i was told you can save them for the weekend as well - a weeks worth of syns is between 70 and 105 (5-15 a day) so you may feel
a bit bloated if you saved them all.
i've never done this but if i was going to do this i'd do it as soon after weigh-in as possible then at least you can be good for the rest of the week.

You used to be able to 'save' them up for a night out or the weekend, but now they've introduced flexible syns thats no longer required - you still have 15 syns a day and then do your flexible syns (still give yourself a budget and keep counting to stay within it but the limit choice is your own - it keeps you aware of what you are consuming) on your nights out.

you can't really substitute things that aren't on the list - it means there is not enough fibre for instance to makre it a 'healthy extra'.

Its up to you but its not the SW plan.
