Well done JackieB and Peachy, I have weigh in tomorrow and don't think I have lost this week (I may even have put on)
I am so cross with myself, I had a 3lb loss last week, and had cheated, so convinced myself that I could cheat and still lose weight
Oh well, I'm trying to be good today, but it may be too little, too lateYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
Firstly, If Im on a mix to match day (like today) I am meant to snack on superfree foods but I presume I can still have syns i.e treatsize buttons - 4 syns?
Also can anyone recommend the best bread to eat? Ive cut back on bread and rolls since starting SW but do like to have it occasionally. I had Weight watchers malted brown bread today and it was horrid! i have not found nimble to be much better. I thought perhaps I will have a tesco mini pitta bread on the odd occasion that I want bread but I have looked and one tiny pitta bread (30g) I think is 4 SYNS so any suggestions on the best tasting HEB bread would be gratefully received.0 -
160 it is hard. I'm only an inch taller than peachyest (5'6") but when I got down to 12st last time I was very slim! I'm naturally curvy, so I don't think that 10st would suit me - I'm aiming for 12 again then will see how I feel and whether I want to lose more (for hopefully Mr Catt will have proposed by then
:j )

any 2 slices of wholemeal bread 400g loaf its from the bread section in your foodoptimising book , hope this helps , idear why dont you freeze your bread in two slices in freezer bags and that way it helps you save money as well as helping with diet0

Ive found that most of the bread such as nimble and WW is not very nice...maybe just stick to 2 slices of a brown 400g loaf.....
I too have cut down on my bread because of this!!!DS Anthony Steven 07.06.92DD Becky Emma 24.01.94DD Rose Grace Jean 12.05.090 -

Hi gang.....well a good day so far after the Mothering Sunday profiterole munchalong.
B: 2 weetabix with hot water/milk and a spoonful of seeds (HEB)
L: Salad, 2 hard boiled eggs, some potato salad Muller light yog.yet to be decided, probably baked potatoes and veg.
So allowing some Syns for my seeds and my mayo in the potato salad....not too bad. I wouldn't normally have seeds (linseed, poppy, sesame, sunflower, pumpkin & hemp) but I've got a huge tub to use and I'm far too mean to throw them away.
Weigh in on Wednesday morning...so must be good.
Hope everyone has a good day.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no: 203.0 -
Hi,
I was going to set my target at 10st 8lbs I am 5ft 4 ins and I don't want to go scrawny - like I did last time. I want to be within the recommended BMI for health reasons. I am approaching 60!
The 3 lbs extra will give me the lea way I need as my weigh in is in the evening with clothes on -thank heavens you might say. After reaching my target I would like to be able to go for my free weigh ins and the necessary group inspiration.
Thanks to all especially Flat Eric whose words of wisdom inspired me last week, and the information about the abuse of the free foods ie: crisps etc, it put things into perspective when I needed it most.
Keep up the good work everyone together we can do it.:T
