Flat-eric, the nicest bread i have found is m&s 400g wholemeal loaf which you can have 2 slices of.
as i am a choc addict if i am being really good instead of using my sins for a bar of choc i use 4 syns for a tablespoon of nutella spread over 2 slices of m&s bread.
i find this deals with the choc craving as there really is no substitute for choc.
i know some people suggest options hot choc drink but i think drinking my syns is a waste when i can be eating them!

Yes and you can use it as a filling for a jacket potato if you like - and if you're a pig like me :o
I let my mind wander and it never came back!
