    1 cup of pudding rice
    water, sweetner,1 vanilla muller light, 1 toffee muller light.
    boil pudding rice, water and sweetner until cooked, drain and add both yoghurts. Sin free, enjoy!!!!!!!!

    Ha ha, someone else who likes the rice pudding. I have this for breakfast and take to work - they think i am mad! And i usually eat it in the evening as well if i need something filling and sweet to keep me off the choccies. I am still not convinced though that this is free, maybe its the half a jar of sweetner i put in it??:eek:

    Scales today say 14.11. So thats 3 pounds more than yesterday, just dont know where i am going wrong.

    i tend to do mostly green days as i love pasta/potatoes and its much easier in work on a green day

    Oooh I am definately going to try the rice pudding, i am loving the toffee mullers over bananas at the moment, Mmmmmmm, need to stock up on mullers tommorrow.

    Can I just ask though, a lot of puds on SW say to add sweetener, but i am not really a fan, not because of the taste as i don't really mind it, but because of the aspartame that is meant to be so bad for you. I'm the same with the batcholors rice/pasta they both have hydrogenated fats in again these are bad for you....these two products have made my dh question how good for you SW really is???
    If you read up on these two additives you will see that they aren't good.

    p.s just to say it is the phenylalanine that makes up 50% of aspartame that is the bad part!!

    mel is there any sweetner you can use or just syn the sugar if you cant , remember the yoghurts are sweet anyway so you would'nt need much sugar .
    obessednewbie, you should'nt weigh yourself every day as this could have a bad affect on you lossing weight , i used to do that and it made me worst , you should only weigh yourself once a week and on the same day about the same time to get a good judge of your weight:rolleyes: , also you weigh differet in the morning than later in the day .

    I love the toffee Muller, but once it's out of the tub and into a bowl it looks a very unappetising colour lol. I had one today, with strawberries and a meringue nest - yum.

    I have my first weigh-in tomorrow morning! It's really hard to believe that i'll lose anything considering i've never felt that i'm on a 'diet'. But I know it works because I did it 8 years ago. :)

    have had butternut squash and celeriac and a few veggies in the sc all night cooking so i can make some soup for today.. im going on a long beach walk as i dont work on a monday ( if it stays dry )

    the rice pud sounds yummy, i tend to stick to red days as i find after a green day i feel so bloated, but i think that i need to try and do the odd one as im getting a bit fed up of eating the same stuff, plus red days are coasting me a fortune !!!!!!! i too am guilty of weighing myself... to be honest i do it every morning !!!!!!! not good as one morning i can be 3-4 lbs heavier than another , then i feel upset, then want to eat !!!!!!

    Only just found your thread after a link on Grabbit - thanks!

    Have been on slimming world diet since August and am 2 lbs away from 2 stone now which is fab!

    Will definately be monitoring the thread now, as new ideas really help.
    I find I like to have a big bowl of fresh fruit for brekkie every day - this fills me up, is totally free and reminds me that it is a new day and I can make good choices today and forget what happened yesterday.
    Also, I love the choc/mint hi fi bars you get at the group, they give me a bit of choccie if I feel the need and are a healthy b.

    Back on the scales tonight so will see how this week went. Good luck everybody and keep going...

    just a quick note this morning if anyone is not well at the moment with this cold and cough thats going around , well do check if the things your taking are syned ?, as things like lemsip is lockets are these all contain sugar :eek: , i know its the last thing you want to think about but when your ill , but if you've been using your syns and go and get weighed , it mite down to the syns in the cough sweets or the drinks you take . have got a small old list from last year if someone needs it .
