is stewed fruit synned? also i love grilled bananas with yoghurt on. does grilling them make them become a syn? thanks for finding out about the pasta for me too.0 -
tobys_mummy - stewed fruit is synned, grilled is just heated so I believe this is free. Stewed apple and mincemeat is a HEb on a red day I believe (or both!)0

hi just a quick questin i get weighed tonight at 7 , i try not to eat to much as im being weighed , so what time would you say i should not eat or drink anything , my last consultant said a cup of tea adds 2lb if you have it before you get weighed:rolleyes:0

peachyest as long as you do similar each weekthen it shouldn't matter. I'm terribly superstitious and won't eat or drink a single drop from 5.30 when I leave work until I get weighed (usually at the 7.30 class). Whereas OH comes in has a glass of something, a chocolate or a satsuma and then gets weighed! :rotfl:0

i'm with skint catt, i don't drink from 5pm til i been weighed, and always have my tea after class, but so long as you do smae each week it shouldn't matter!!!
Can't see a cuppa adding 2lbs though.0
