Princess_kate wrote: »Hello all, Im new to this page but not Slimming World. Under a bit of pressure this time as I have a bridesmaid dress to wear in the summer which does not fit me! Lost a stone so far but have gone off the rails a bit recently but in my head im starting again. Fridge is full of mullerlights (BOGOF is sainsbury) and more fruit than you can imagine! Id got stuck eating the same thing every day almost & wasnt losing anything even tho I was still being good so im shaking things up a bit. Hopefully this will work!
Going to try the rice pudding, sounds right up my street. Im confused about the lasagne crisps tho, can someone confirm if they are still free? Also the cous cous cake I read about a few pages earlier. Dont wanna think im being good when im not really!
I shall also keep reading this thread for inspiration! Hopefully this time I can do it!!

Was told by my consultant last week that the whole of the cous cous cake is 2 1/2 sins, she double checked with her boss so should be right.... its a lot of cake for only a few sins , saying that i ate two the other week and lost 4 1/2 lbs so cant be that bad ! Good luck with the weight loss0 -
Right then, I have been missing in action for about a week now and have tried to catch up with the thread and got to page 74 and I am giving up, will maybe look back and read the lost posts but just jumping in again. What have I been up to? Well going very very off plan is the answer. Number of reasons. Had struggled to get right back on plan after DS birthday but went to WI last week adn the consultant was a bit off with me, she isnt' getting that many staying to class I don't think and I have only been able to stay once as DH works away for a month at a time and when he was home I either needed to get back to let him have the car or had to go and do a food shop or there would have been nothing left for the next day and DH was away with our only car. I live 10 miles away from class and it is on at 6.30 for 7 and class doesn't seem to stop much before 8 (actually have stayed twice when It hink about it.) Anyway I didn't think the guilt trip had got to me but it had and to make things worse I had phoned and left a message for her to say I wanted to take the previous week as a holiday (before the class) and yet she still charged me for the week, so I wasn't too happy about that either. I had left a message saying I was having a terrible time of it and would explain later and yet all I got was attitude really next time I saw her. She did this even when my 3 year old was with me and he needs to be in bed by 8 at the latest so I really couldn't stay. I got to class for 6.30 so that I could get there and back well before his bedtime so I would have had to hang around for the best part of half an hour before class even started. The once I took him before he was a total nightmare as he was tired and bored and hungry as he had refused to eat his tea and I didn't have time to wait the same happened last week. I jsut got really down about it and so I have spent the last week eating and trying to make a decision about my future in the class. I got a letter this morning from her, I assume she has sent it to everyone and it says that her District Manager is coming in a couple of weeks and she wants everyone to stay to support her. Well sod off I need to put my family first and I just can't manage, I told her that when I joined. DH isn't even in the country for a month at a time so there is no one else I can leave DS with at that time of night. My mum lives 10 miles in the opposite direction and doesn't drive so that would make us half an hour later even if he could stay with her but she can't look after him and my dad who has advanced Alzhiemers. Sorry about the rant but this is where my head has been. I am trying to do soemthing positive for myself and other people seem to be getting me down. So I have decided to ditch class and do what I did last year and do it myself. I only really made the decision for sure today and in the last week there has been wine, chocolate, nuts and cheese and so no doubt I have put it all back on LOL. I need to buy some scales, still haven't done that but I will start from tomorrow (when Tesco delivers my food) but I won't worry about weighing myself until I get scales anyway. I think it is sometimes counterproductive for me anyway, it isn't about the weight as how I feel and look. So that is the saga. Sorry for not being around but I just couldn't bear being on the thread while I was in the place I was. I am pathetic I know.0

PS thanks to Consultant 31 for clearing up the Frylight thing, I think that sort of put me on the course for my downer too thinking that wasn't free after all. It wouldn't normally have but it was like the last straw in a bad week. I have never taken the top off so I should be alright LOL. That cheered me up when I read that on page 65.0
