I'm terrible then - i never used to eat or drink all day until I got weighed at 18:00
Still on my green days - enjoyed sunday lunch yesterday with plenty of potatoes and parsnips! Plus really enjoyed being able to have my pasta in sauce for tea - but it left me feeling awful with bad belly ache
Had a LS yoghurt for brekkie then a punnet or strawbs and an apple - finished with a black forest hi-fi
Just had jacket and beans with LF cottage cheese for lunch then having beef curry (made with quorn) for dinner - think I will have rice with it too.....
WI is on Wednesday - I weighed at mum's yesterday and the scales told me I had put on 2ibI hardly had any syns on Saturday and have been pretty good from Thursday onwards......
I'm not normally a green lady but can anyone reccomend green meals for me - perhaps with a bit of meat/fish included? It's nice to be nutty but's more important to be nice0 -

I like grilled chicken breast (within weights 113g?) with a whole packet of Batchelors asavoury rice - the sweet n sour is tasty and very filling! You could also have Quorn (mince) shepherds pie and plenty of carrots, green beans, broccolli etc. I love my Quorn Curry/Chilli with loads of rice!0 -
