Thanks for the heads up on Somerfield Muller yogurts. Must get sme more today. I love the banana and custard.
I had my first weigh-in today, and I lost 9.5lb!0 -

Thank you.
I knew i'd lost some because I weighed myself at home. But you always wonder, don't you? I feel as if i've been eating too much to have lost all that. The puffiness has gone from my ankles. I can't beleive the difference it's made in a week. I peed it all out.

Well yes, I was assuming the poster had basic knowledge of the plans. Any veg which is high in carbs will NOT be free on the red plan.
I was trying to make the point that eating meat without the accompanying veg is not the Slimming World way.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Oh no, I absolutely agree but sometimes I feel like I'm on atkins when doing a red day as there's always lots of sliced chicken/cold sausages/ham around! :rotfl:0 -
Two reasons to go to Somerfield today then - I found the leaflet the other day and the Danone Lasting Satisfactions are on offer (79p for four) till 4th March (a week tomorrow).
Well done Jackie, that's fantastic!0 -
The lasting Satis are £1.48 for two in Morrisons too! YUMMY! Just had one - they are sooo creamy!0
