Are you going to class , or are you just going to do it on your own , if you go to class your get the basic books witch tells you whats free at a glance , you also need to just get your head around the diet , so i would say just join class and get your books stay untill you understand it ,and then just get your self weighed once a week at boots , if you cant afford to keep going to class, or havnt got time to go to class , ps all fuits free on both days , when you eat it ,not blend it0

Thanks Peachy.
I did slimming world about 3 years ago and it was the only diet I've found which worked for me as I never felt hungry. Can remember most of it (though I'm now wishing I hadn't thrown away all my notes!) but I couldn't remember the 'rules' about fruit.
Am now off to the supermarket to stock up on meat, salad and fruit - and will try not to faint with shock at the bill!0 -
theres so much more you can eat now , and the things like the tins that were free years ago mite not now so be careful ,tinned cornbeef is syned now and was free years ago , i always maed the cornbeef quich and loved it and now its syned:rolleyes: , so just be careful ok0

why isn't fruit free if you blend it? is that the same if you juice fruit as well?0 -
It not free if you blend it because , when you eat fruit you can only eat so much and it fill up up because you chew it , it sends a single to the brain that tells you your full up , when you chew , but when you blend you use more fruit and drinking it go,s down to your tummy and you can still be hungry ,plus its to do with the sugur content in fuit when you blend , look back on this thread and you,re see what a consultant of s/w said about this , but you have to read this thread as your find out so much more0
