I've just had some fruit chopped up in a bowl with low fat natural yoghurt and it was lovely! Really surprised me how nice it was and so much so I could eat it for breakfast and save a HEB for tea or some toast for supperYay!

I'm joining up tomorrow. It's almost 8 years since i've been so i'm a bit apprehensive. I like to keep my weight secret (I live in a place where everybody knows everybody!) I used to go to a class and they made no effort in hiding your book when you paid your money. They didn't shout out what anyone weighed, but I felt as though anyone standing near me could see my book. Also, what do the scales go up to? I have this fear i'll have to stand on 2 lol0

Hello - mind if I join you?
I have done SW before and want to do it again. Mainly green days.
As this is MSE I suppose the obvious one - what can I do to feed myself for as little money as possible?Nothing tastes as good as riding a horse feels0 -
jackieb that last club sounds awful - will you be going to a different one? I believe the scales at SW go up to 35 stone? Hope you enjoy your first class and first week!
Hi skintslimmer - I do mainly green days too and pasta and HM pasta sauces are nice and cheap as are rice and veggies - basically throw anything in! :j0 -

Phew, thanks! (sorry can't thank your post..:o) It'll be a different class from before, so fingers crossed that they're a bit more discreet lol. I don't mind telling people my weight after i've lost some, but i'm not ready yet. I've never told anyone (apart from slimming class teachers, or my GP) my weight. Not even my husband knows. I remember sitting at the kitchen table when I was about 14 or 15, and everyone was discussing their weight. I wouldn't tell anyone mine (I must have been about 10-11 stone at the time), and my brother and sister tried to lift me in my chair and put a bathroom scales under my seat. They deserved the kicking they got! lol0 -
day 5 for me today. all going quite well so far. i have decided i will be joining the local class after half term ( am not taking 4 kids with me!!) instead of doing it all on my own so, AIME i will probably see you there:T
i will be going back to the gym starting next week too, as this has lapsed over the winter (o lazy me:D)

Hi & welcome Jackie. Funny old thing sharing your weight isn't it. I was exactly the same at school - didnt help that all my mates were tiny tho!
I only told my fella the night i returned from my first weigh in - he'd been asking me for months! When i told him he gave me a big hug and thanked me cos he now felt i trusted him. It was a mini breakthrough for me too, even if i did clock in at almost the same weight as him....:o :rotfl:
Anyway soon it wont matter, you'll be so proud telling people how much you lost xx
I am off to get weighed tonight, again i don't think ive done very well - it really sucks having class the first night after the weekend... Not fairHey ho. Good luck this week ladies (any gents yet?)
PS Welcome to all the other newbies too :TPiggypoints - 207+£10 * Quidco - £95 * Tesco - 1095 * Sainsbugs - 4237I SHALL be debt free!!!!!:D
