hi everyone oh dd1 and me are all on the slimmers world diet can i join you guys please dd1 goes to the classes but i dont not mse i need to lose 3 stone but am not good at dieting

Im really fed up, dong ok in my first week have lost 3lb, but then friends came over and we have had a few beers well about 2 pints. more points that I should have.

why do we attach so much guilt to food. I enjoyed the beer with my friends in the garden but wish I did not have it now.

hi everyone,
well i said a couple of pages back that i am joining sw.
it's my first class tomorrow and i can' wait to get going.
but i was just wondering at your first class, do you get books and things?
because when i went to scottish slimmers you did.
or should i take extra money incase i need to buy anything?

You may only want to buy the magazine and a few Hi-Fi bars if you fancy them aswell as your registration. You get the basic books free.
