Hi all, Im feeling really bad today as went out for a chinese meal and a few drinks last night with a couple of friends and totally pigged out on the starters:eek: so much so I couldnt eat a main course:rotfl: Anyway back on the waggon today but all I have had so far is some porridge and a banana. Got up early this morning to take ds to his football match and still felt full from the night before so didnt have anything before we went. Had porridge when I got back to warm me up as I was freezing! Having a red day today but think I will have something simple for tea like bacon and eggs and will make the lemon meringue I made the other day which is syn free to satisfy my sweet tooth.
Has anyone made the lemon syllabub from the latest magazine? I made it the other day but couldnt get the lemon cheesecake yogurt so just put in two of the mandarin mullers and it was lovely and syn free leaving out the cheesecake yog ( I hope i got that bit right!)
Back on being good today so hopefully last night wont do too much damage.SW started 13/2Weight Loss 2lb0 -

Is the best way do lose weight to alternate red and green each day
Either, or, or both work fine!
The first time I did SW, I had nearly all green days. I lost weight.
This time, I'm more or less alternating, and still losing weight!
Just go with what you fancy, or what's more practical for any given day.0 -
I do mainly green as its so easy for me and I've lost weight. Last time I did it I only had a day or two a week on Red and I lost 3.5 stone. Whatever you enjoy should work though alternating days makes you think harder about your HEB's etc!

hi sorry to be a pain , ive just thought id share this tip as ive just did it to save money and time . Next time you buy herbs to make something , get a icecube tray and cut up the rest and freeze them , so next time you can just pop a cube into a stew or you could just cut up the herbs and put into a bag and freeze0

I also buy frozen chopped onion, mushrooms , peppers there from only 59p a bag at tesco great for when your in a hurry, and when you,ve ran out of fresh :T , the same with frozen fruit0

Hi, I've just signed up for the SW website, Bodyoptimise. This was after reading many good reviews and comments - but not least the fact that you can eat a lot!!!LOL
Starting weight is 20st 10lb = 131.5kg, heaviest I've ever been - pretty poor seeing as how when I married I was less than 9 stone!!!
Lots of work to do, and I will need the occasional kick up the derriere, as I do with our money!
Cheers
