It's perfectly ok to have all green days (or all red days for that matter) as long as you make sure you're getting a good cross section of all the foods available.
If you were a vegetarian you'd never have red days, but it wouldn't stop you losing weight!I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Hi consultant - It is the asda veggie lincolnshire ones and they arent on the site (i had forgotten to look) but when i just have i notice the others are 3.5 so i guess these will be too
I wonder what normal sausages are and whether its worth it.
If you stick with the thin ones, they're much the same (between 2½ and 4 syns each) but if you venture to the thick, they're more.
Have you thought about buying minced pork or beef, frying it off (in FryLight) pouring away the fat and making your own little patties. Easier to cook than sausages anyway (I hate the way sausages roll onto the already cooked bit when you're trying to make the raw bit touch the pan, lol) and they'd be free on a red day. You can add all sorts of flavouring too!I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Has everyone tried the Aldi multigrain Optifit yoghurts. They are 14p cheaper than Muller Lights, and are gorgeous, and are free both days.
