I think I must be hormonal! They devastation of finding out Frylight isn't really free has led me to have a bag of French Fries and then a mini dairy milk. 8 syns total but I think that already takes me just over the ten. Pooey. Could murder a Mars Bar too and I usually find them too sweet. Yep I am definitely on the wrong side of hormonal. I am on a red day too and that isn't good when I am like this, I need carbs carbs carbs. So I guess I will have to go green tomorrow then and just try and contain the damage today. Off for a bacon sarnie to see if that helps.0

Breakfast
VLF Natural yogurt - free
Banana - free
28g Alpen - HEB (1)
Lunch
2 slices wholemeal toast - HEB(2)
2 triangles Laughing Cow (light) - part HEA(2)
Bovril - Free
A cold boiled egg (gave me hiccups!) - Free
Tesco Light Choices/Healthy Living/Whatever it's called this week 200g yogurt (Mullerlight equiv) - Free
Mid-afternoon - a pear
Dinner
Chilli made with Quorn mince, onion, pepper, chilli powder, tin of baked beans, tin of tomatoes and some tomato puree (heaped tbsp - 1 syn?), beef stock cube (1 syn) and Worcestershire sauce on a jacket spud, into which I'd squidged another two of the five Laughing Cow triangles that make up today's HEA(2)
I've drunk several cups of tea containing HEA(1) milk, I'm glugging back a pint of water to wash that lot down, and I'll have another Tesco/Muller yogurt later and maybe my last Laughing Cow, though to be honest I don't think I can face it - I'm really full again!
I am so pleased with how well I've done today. I'm going to give myself another :A if no-one minds.
I got up this morning feeling like I'd suddenly "got it", like this plan finally makes sense. I rarely plan ahead, but I had all today's meals lined up well in advance, and I haven't once felt hungry, picky or deprived0
