I am out for another birthday meal today! (will just try and be good as from tomorrow!)
Well done Purplestar!
Ooh, heck, I use frylight like it is going out of fashion and I thought it was free! Always used lots of sprays and didn't know you had to syn it once you had used 10 sprays. Thanks for the info!

What?     nobody ever told me that!! Has this been mentioned on this thread already and I have just missed it? I have never counted Frylight as I thought free was free, I am quite liberal with it when making chips so that they don't stick to the tray, and I spray again half way through, I am sure I would go above 10 sprays. Please explain this further what am I supposed to syn after 10 sprays?
Off to breathe into a paper bag:rotfl:0 -
Not giving up!!
Totally lost the plot this week, it has been extremely stressful, why oh why do I take my stress out on my eating?? It doesn't make me feel any better.
I am starting again TODAY. Not on Monday as usual but today..
So far I have had: turkey rashers, scrambled eggs and grilled tomatoes
Not sure about the rest of the day, but it will be a red day.
Did I read somewhere that Ainsley Harriot's cous cous is free on green day?
Is that all flavours? If so, I might just make today mix2match and go green for lunch.0 -

ooh I think I have a Lakeland parchment thingy that might do the same thing. I bought it for my new kitchen and haven't used it yet. Phew, feeling a bit better about it now. I wish they didn't call it free then and qualified it somewhere in the magazine or something. Argh!0

poodlehorse , if ever you want to know the syn value just phone the help line tel 09068518518 , you dont have to go to class to ask want syns are in something , they ask for the item and they tell you striaght away0

Fry light is 1 syn for 10 sprays. Then its another syn for another 10 sprays. Whether you can halve this and say 5 sprays is 0.5 syns I don't know but I don't see why not!0

Re: the baking sheet thingy and sw chips, I put baking parchement under mine so they didnt stick and that worked ok. I know it is not reusable like the one mentioned from lakeland but one roll is about 89p and lasts me quite a long time.
Couple of questions if you dont mind...has anyone seen where to buy the caesar salad spray? Looked in my local big asda but it wasnt with the other frylight sprays. I need some vegaterian gelatin. Do you think I would get that from a health shop?
Ohh and I ve been an :A since I started on wednesday but I am going out tonight for a chinese with friends and I know it will go to pot:mad:SW started 13/2Weight Loss 2lb0 -
I looked on the Frylight website wannabe and only Tesco and Somerfield seem to stock it although not around here they don't, you can buy it online but they freely admit the price is high that way.
Thanks Peachy, I know about the syns line but I have always been TOLD that it was free and it certainly says that in all the recipe books and mags and consultants tell you that too. So I have never thought to question it, that is all I am saying, if it isn't really free then they shouldn't say it is. This is the first I have heard of this and I have been doing SW on and off for 6 years. I will try and speak to my consultant on Monday about it but I won't be able to stay for class for the next 4 weeks as DH is away (all of a sudden 3 weeks longer than promised too thanks to the communication skills in his company)0
