Hi, I am thinking of joining sw this week, my local class runs on a wednesday. I have a quick question for you all as I am trying to eat healthily at the moment anyway....Do dried herbs and Spices have syns, my friend has the books and looked for me but they weren't listed i.e Oregano, Basil, cinnamon, ginger.....etc....

    Thanks in advance.

No soup is free on either day - they are a HEB - some entire Weight Watchers tins are free and some Heinz etc (the lentil/vegetable ones) only 3/4's of the tin is free.

Samobi - they are expensive but Mug Shots are free on green as are Batchelors Pasta in Sauce (except macarnoi cheese and one other which escapes me). Batchelors Savoury rice is free (as are some of the own brand ones) and some Supernoodles are free but not sure which ones!

Not really that helpful was I? :rotfl:

    I'd say you should go.
And you'd have to pay the extra £4.50 next week anyway for missing a week, so you may as well bite the bullet and go, I reckon :)
